Questions agents and brokers ask

Does Pactrow cost anything?

Not during the alpha. Every feature is free for agents and brokerages, and nobody needs a credit card or a contract.

Who can use Pactrow?

Licensed real estate agents in the US who work with a brokerage, plus the brokers, team leads, and assistants who support them.

I’m an agent. Do I need my broker on board first?

Agents join Pactrow through their brokerage, so we set it up together with your broker. Send the form and we’ll take it from there. You don’t need to make the introduction yourself.

Will my broker know I asked?

We may tell your broker how many people from the brokerage asked about Pactrow. We won’t share your name or your message without your permission.

Does Pactrow replace the MLS?

No. Pactrow covers the conversations around a deal: sharing listings, surfacing buyer demand, booking showings, and co-broking between agents.

What happens after I send the form?

You get a confirmation email right away. Someone from our team replies within one business day, and you can answer straight from your inbox.
